Discuss the project management process as well as discuss various technology upgrades such as VOIP communications, video analytics, and improved monitoring display capabilities. Review lessons learned and pitfalls to avoid, as well as the value-added services now offered by the Security Operations Center concept including work-order management, situational event monitoring, and special event management.
